The Urinal: Part III of Restrooms

We all know what a urinal is and what it is intended for.

They've been around for centuries. 

Marcel Duchamp turned the art world upside down in 1917 when he immortalized the modern porcelain urinal in a work of art, by simply signing it, R. Mutt and presented it on a sculptor's pedestal; perhaps the world's most famous (or infamous) piss-pot.


Wikipedia says; the urinal is a toilet-like plumbing fixture generally intended for urination exclusively, and it can take the form of a container or simply a wall equipped with drainage with either automatic or manual flushing. 

But that's where Wikipedia leaves it... still, any man who has been in a sweaty locker room after a rough and tough game of football or in a bus terminal washroom late at night, knows a row of urinals is much more than just a spot where we go to pee.

The urinal has evolved into a social hub where gentlemen convene to escape the rat race, to unwind and relax with one another far away from the rules and restrictions of the outside world.

It's a brief window of time when everything slows down and life can be experienced to the fullest as our bodies function in real time as they have in nature for countless millennia when we've gathered to take a leak.

Justin Time for the Weekend

We're gonna start a new thing. It's called Justin Time dot dot dot. Where we keep tabs on guys named Justin to see how they are doing. Like this week we'll check in on Justin Bieber since he has become somewhat of a train-wreck celebrity that people should probably start keeping a close eye on.
